Boot Camp

When: Monday - Saturday, 12pm EST

A high energy, super fun blast of cardio and strength training. Featuring a rotating schedule of cardio kickboxing, high intensity interval training, dance and Jungshin sword flow. All that's required: you, some space, and a mat!


Pilates

When: Monday - Saturday, 12:45pm EST

A vigorous yet relaxing workout that emphasizes connection between mind and body, focuses on core strength, balance, stability, coordination and flexibility. Open to all levels of experience! All you need is a body and a mat. 

Jungshin Fitness®️ Sword Flow

When: Mondays at 5pm (CURRENTLY ON SUMMER HIATUS-STAY TUNED)
Where: Rittenhouse Park, Philadelphia

Jungshin means "focused mind" and is a workout based in Korean martial arts that uses a wooden sword. We will be working on strength, aerobic capacity, and balance using a system of directional momentum training (that's stabbing and slicing!)

If you have a practice sword, feel free to bring it but I will have spares to borrow! Free for SWT members or $10 to drop in

About Dr. Timaree

While pursuing her PhD, Dr. Timaree started a journey into professional fitness instruction. A lifelong athlete, in 2007 she found a brand new understanding of mind-body connection, balance, coordination and full-body strength through Pilates training.

After becoming an AFAA-certified fitness instructor, she earned additional accreditation in teaching kickboxing, Spinning, Zumba, Flirty Girl Fitness, and Piloxing.

Dr. Timaree has over a decade of experience teaching those modalities, as well as sculpting, boot camps, dance, and stretch, as well as guiding clients through personal training to meet their fitness and wellness goals.

Her motivation is to help you fall in love with your body!
